Thursday 8th November 2018

From 6.30pm in the Church, listen to music teacher, Mr Ben Warwick as he and some of his singing colleagues professionally perform a programme of songs suitable for this opening evening of St Wenn Remembers.

School children will sing a collection of songs under Ben's direction which will include a world preview of his Remembrance Sunday composition!  This has been especially studio recorded with an action film of WW1 images, against which, the children will sing live.  Poetry readings will also feature.

We wish Ben all our very best as he continues on his road to recovery following his illness earlier this year.  Owing to this, he had to give up his extra-curricular activities which included his 'Sounds Original' choir, who were going to perform in our earlier programme.

There is a cash bar available for this evening and entry is £3.00 per adult.  A donation box for the Royal British Legion and Help For Heroes will be available too.

Parking is available in the new car park outside the St Wenn Hall and within a short walking distance to the Church.  Elderly and infirm visitors may benefit from being dropped off outside and escorted into the Church. (SatNAV PL30 5PS)
